AI for Kids storybook “Daisy and her AI Friends” Concept Art & Storyboard Exhibition

AI Singapore  recently launched a storybook, Daisy and her AI Friends, which introduces basic artificial intelligence (AI) concepts like computer vision and machine learning, to children aged between seven and eight years old in a fun and easy-to-understand way.

The 40-page storybook follows the story of Daisy as she finds her way around the school campus on her first day of class. Along the way, she enlists the help of new friends who embody basic AI concepts such as computer vision, natural language processing and machine learning. Daisy eventually locates her classroom, thanks to the abilities of her friends.

From now to 30 June 2022, members of the public can visit the storybook’s concept art and storyboard exhibition at Jurong Regional Library! The exhibition will also make its way to the following locations in the coming months:

• Tampines Regional Library – 30 June to 29 August 2022
• Bishan Public Library – 29 August to 30 September 2022

Daisy and her AI Friends can be borrowed from the public libraries. The digital copy is also accessible via National Library Board and AISG’s website.
